Rob, having been based in Central London since 1982, has the knowledge and expertise to provide property advice and solutions to both Landlords and Tenants. Rob has considerable experience in advising corporate Landlords and Tenants on commercial agency and all aspects of Landlord & Tenant related matters throughout Central London and the rest of the UK. He has 36 years' experience in commercial acquisition, negotiating rent review settlements and dealing with third party references to Arbitrators and Independent Experts.

Rob has run his own practice since 1990 providing advice on all aspects of commercial property.
